We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

FreeCampusCRM uses row-level security to ensure your organization's data is completely isolated from all other organizations on the platform — enforced at the database level, not just the application level.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation or termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request deletion at any time.

FreeCampusCRM is designed to support FERPA compliance. We act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest when processing student data on behalf of institutional customers. We do not disclose student records to unauthorized parties.
