Yes — the free plan is free forever for a single user, up to 100 contacts and 10 companies. No credit card required, no time limit. Upgrade to Pro when your team needs to collaborate or manage more records.
How does billing work for Pro?
Pro is billed annually at $499/month ($5,988/year). For Enterprise customers, we support net-30 invoicing and purchase orders — the standard procurement process for university institutions.
Can we try Pro before committing?
Yes — book a demo and we'll set you up with a 90-day full-access trial of Pro features at no cost, so your team can evaluate it properly before any procurement conversation.
What happens when we hit the free plan limits?
You'll be notified when you approach the limits (100 contacts, 10 companies). Your existing data stays intact — you just won't be able to add more until you upgrade to Pro.
Does FreeCampusCRM support FERPA compliance?
Yes — our row-level security architecture ensures each institution's data is completely isolated. Enterprise plans include formal FERPA compliance documentation for your IT security review.
Can we add more modules later?
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include all modules as they're released. Career Services is live today. Admissions and Alumni Relations modules are coming soon.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is always yours. We provide a full data export in CSV format at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days before deletion.
